I support the business in maintaining its health, safety and wellbeing framework and the relevant processes, including our internal safety systems and external health and safety certifications. I lead engagement with employees to ensure there are appropriate opportunities for them to input into our safety systems and improvement processes.
Since joining Boffa Miskell at the start of 2021, I’ve played an integral role in continuing to improve our health and safety systems and practices including how we manage our critical risks and undertake assurance activities. As a result, we hold a number of certifications in line with our client requirements including Tōtika.
I have a strong interest in wellbeing and resilience at work and ensuring that processes are fit for purpose for the organisation.
