Niamh Priest

My work encompasses a range of projects, including preparing resource consent applications, conducting planning assessments, and policy planning for both public and private sector clients. I bring a practical, outcome-focused approach to interpreting and applying planning frameworks.

Prior to joining Boffa Miskell, I gained experience in water-related regulatory compliance, which has given me an understanding of environmental processes and the regulatory landscape. This background enables me to effectively navigate complex planning issues and contribute to multidisciplinary project teams.

I enjoy working collaboratively and am particularly motivated by projects that deliver strong environmental outcomes. I’m passionate about planning that supports and contributes to resilient, well-functioning communities.
