I’m an experienced Office Administrator with a background in administration, customer relationship management, and sales support across fast-paced, collaborative workplaces. Prior to joining Boffa Miskell, I worked as an Assistant Account Manager for over three years, where I gained valuable experience in internal operations, invoicing, CRM systems, reporting, and cross-functional team coordination. I also built strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
At Boffa Miskell, I provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to keep our Auckland office running smoothly. From assisting with systems, documentation and internal communication to supporting a positive team culture, I enjoy being the go-to person who brings structure, energy, and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.
I’m highly proficient across a range of platforms, including the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote), MYOB Exo, HubSpot, and PowerBI. I bring a warm, approachable style to my work, with a genuine interest in people, a proactive attitude, and a natural eye for the details that help a team thrive.
