Kim Burton

My role sits in the People, Capability and Development team and is focused on learning and organisational development. I provide learning and development advisory support and lead the design, delivery and ongoing development of initiatives linked to building capability.

I've worked in various human resource roles in the public sector, not-for-profit and private sector over the past 10+ years. Having studied organisational psychology, I have a keen interest in what makes people tick and how we can create work environments that bring out the best in people. I have particular experience in learning and development/organisation development, project management (from design to implementation and evaluation) talent development, coaching, recruitment, planning for future skills needs and relationship management.

I love to collaborate and build relationships - it's essential in my role! I enjoy developing L&D/OD tools and strategies that support individuals to grow and develop, and that also contribute to lifting organisational capability and performance.
