Julie Harp-Johnson

I lead our national marketing, communications, business development and engagement teams and value being part of the National Management team ensuring our activities and efforts are aligned with Boffa Miskell’s brand and strategic goals.

My role is diverse, one minute I can be talking with consultants or specialists about pursuing and winning new business, and the next I’ll be providing advice on how to raise their profile or connecting conversations across the business. I enjoy getting creative and brainstorming new ways to showcase our people and brand, both to our existing clients and to people who don’t know who we are or what we do. I’ve also had the pleasure of curating unique company gatherings that have created lasting memories. My key strengths lie in exploring solutions and fostering a collaborative and curious mindset - how can we do better, how can we be bold?

I joined Boffa Miskell in 2010 having worked within professional services firms, both large and small, here in Aotearoa and the UK. I’m proud to be part of the Boffa Miskell whānau, collaborating with such a talented bunch of people. When I am not at work, you’ll find me on the beach at Whangamatā or hiking and exploring our magnificent country all whilst navigating being a mother of twin teens.
