Emma Roche

My role is supporting the People, Capability and Development team by assisting with the coordination and administration of company-wide health, safety and wellbeing, learning and development/organisational development, and HR initiatives.

I began my career in the people sector as a health and safety coordinator. As a recent graduate in history and anthropology, my interest in people, society, and culture motivated me to pursue a career in a sector where I could help and support others.

I enjoy working with people and am a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Working to find new ways of supporting and encouraging each other at work is very fulfilling, and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
