Yvonne Pflüger is elected a Shareholder Director

Boffa Miskell’s shareholders recently voted to fill the available position on the Boffa Miskell Board for 2024.

Landscape planner Yvonne Pfluger, who is based in the Queenstown office, has been appointed for her first term which takes effect from 30 April 2024. Yvonne joins Chris Ferguson, Hamish Wesney and Rebecca Ryder, along with independent directors Greg Barclay and Hamish Bell.

Boffa Miskell’s Board comprises two independent and four shareholding Directors. This year one Shareholding Director and one Independent Director were up for election. Yvonne takes the seat vacated by Ken Gimblett, who was not eligible to re-stand. Shareholders voted to re-appoint Greg Barclay for another term.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, and determining the company’s strategic direction and long-term business sustainability. Continuing to provide excellence, innovation and integrity in how we work with our clients to shape environments is a key focus.
